Mike Kaczorowski
Five Q | Director of Operations
Mike serves as the Operations Director of Process at Five Q. After serving as a local pastor for 14 years, he followed God’s call to transition into project management, where his heart for serving others took on a different form. Mike joined Five Q as an Account Executive in February 2023 and took on his current role in August 2024.
Married to his high school sweetheart for over 15 years, Mike and his wife are raising their four children in a suburb of Cleveland, Ohio, where life is always full and exciting. Outside of work, you’ll find Mike spending quality time with his family, cheering on Cleveland sports teams, or breaking things for the sake of understanding how they work, then putting them back together. Though his career has shifted, Mike’s love for teaching God’s word continues as he serves on the preaching team for his church’s men’s Bible study.
