General Info
What is the Digital Ministry Conference?
The Digital Ministry Conference serves leaders and practitioners of digital media within ministries to help multiply their reach. Find out more at DigitalMinistryConference.com
The DMC is being held in cooperation with the NRB Convention. We encourage you to register for both conferences.
What exactly do you need from me right now?
Work on filling out DMC Speaker info through Content Snare (ASAP-Submit your headshot and bio). You should have received an email from Heidi Williams with instructions on how to do so.
Register for the conference using the promo code you will have received from us for your two free registrations as a speaker.

Where can I register and view the speaker list?
Visit the conference website to register and see the full speaker lineup.
Once you submit your headshot and bio, you'll be added to the site.
You get two free registrations! Register here with the promo code that you received from Heidi Williams. If you have any questions please reach out to Heidi!
Program & Presentation
Who is the target audience for this event?
Ministry leaders, communicators, strategists, and digital teams seeking to grow their impact and connect through faith-driven digital innovation.
What time do I need to be there for my session?
Aim to arrive at least 30 minutes before your presentation. A “green room” will be available for speaker preparation, and one of our Five Q staff will escort you there upon checking in at registration.
How long is my presentation?
Your speaking duration is outlined in your letter of invitation. If you're unsure, contact [email protected].
What about my slides?
Submit your slides in Content Snare by Friday, February 10, 2026. We’ll present slides from our computer using ProPresenter; however, any standard format is acceptable (Google Slides, Powerpoint, PDF).
Will I have a monitor and slide remote?
Yes! A monitor will be placed in front of you, and a remote will be provided so you can advance slides easily.
Will I be listed in the program?
Absolutely. All speakers will appear in the printed program brochure and on the conference website. Make sure your speaker information is submitted ASAP.

Will the event be live-streamed?
It will not be live-streamed. However, sessions will be recorded and made available afterward on the Five Q YouTube Channel and the DMC website.

Can I include materials in the welcome swag bag?
Yes! Each speaker may include handout materials in the reusable gift bags distributed to attendees. Please let us know in content snare what you'd like to include—this helps with planning.
