What should I do first?
- Review your signed sponsorship agreement.
- Gather your logo, organization details, and any included ads or speaker materials.
- Ask your Five Q sponsor representative for your registration code.

What is the Digital Ministry Conference?
DMC serves leaders and practitioners of digital media within ministries to help multiply their reach. The 2027 conference takes place on February 23 as a pre-NRB event. Registration for DMC and NRB is separate.
What benefits do I receive as a sponsor?
Your signed sponsorship agreement lists your included benefits. Please ask your Five Q sponsor representative if you need another copy or have questions about your sponsorship level.
Where is it located?
DMC 2027 will be held at Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center in Washington, DC, on February 23, 2027.

How do we sign our staff up for the conference?
Each team member should register individually. The number of included registrations depends on your sponsorship level.

Booth & materials

What will Five Q provide for our booth?
To be confirmed: booth dimensions, tables, chairs, and power availability for 2027. Please check your sponsorship agreement and confirm your setup needs with your Five Q sponsor representative before ordering booth materials.
When can we start setting up our booth?
To be confirmed: the 2027 setup date, time, loading access, and teardown schedule. These details will be added here when available.
Can we use the same booth materials for both DMC and NRB?
Please confirm both events' setup and teardown schedules before planning to share materials. To be confirmed: whether the 2027 DMC and NRB schedules allow this.
Can we ship booth materials?
To be confirmed: the correct shipping address, package labels, arrival window, pickup instructions, and handling fees for Gaylord National. Please wait for the 2027 shipping instructions before sending packages.
How can we include handouts in the Five Q registration swag bag?
If attendee-bag materials are included in your sponsorship, let your Five Q sponsor representative know what you would like to provide.

Will we be listed in the program?
Please refer to your signed sponsorship agreement for your program listing or ad placement.

Presentation opportunities depend on your sponsorship level and signed agreement.

When do we present?
Your presentation time will be shared once the schedule is finalized. Please provide your speaker name and presentation or video details when requested by your Five Q sponsor representative.
When are slides due?

Will the conference be live-streamed?
To be confirmed: the 2027 livestream, session recording, and post-event access plans.
